Brownie Fudge in a Mug


Prep Time: 5min Cook Time: 1min

The Recipe:

3 Tbsp flour

3 Tbsp cocoa powder

3 Tbsp brown sugar

2 Tbsp coconut oil

3 Tbsp water

1/2 tsp vanilla

A pinch of salt

1 - 2 Tbsp semisweet chocolate chips

1/4 cup whipping cream/ half & half

Cooking Instructions:

Pick out your favorite mug (make sure it is microwave safe). Add and mix the dry ingredients together (flour, cocoa powder, sugar, salt). Add the wet ingredients (oil, water, and vanilla). Mix thoroughly. Mix in the chocolate chips or sprinkle the chips on top (your preference). Microwave the chocolate batter for 50 - 60 seconds depending on your microwave settings. The mixture should be set, but fudgy. To accompany the fudgy-goodness, I like to either pour cream over the top or whip up a little whipped cream (no extra sugar/vanilla needed) to go on top.
